Terms & Conditions 

The following terms and conditions apply to everyone booking and seeking to participate in any of Elizabeth M Masterclass workshops and courses.  

The Student Criteria for being accepted onto any of Elizabeth M’s Masterclass workshops and Attending Courses are: All Masterclass/Workshops participants must meet the criteria as set out in the description of each workshop Masterclass as advertised to protect the specific intended purpose and outcome for the students on the course when applying to participate. Elizabeth M reserves the right to decline individuals’ acceptance on to Masterclasses and workshop courses if the criteria is not satisfied. Essentially all students must have relative experience in line with the course criteria being applied for.

All Students must have Prior and relevant Experience relative to the Masterclass workshop courses that they are applying for.

All students must provide background information relevant to their past experience, current engagement/ activity and future plans relevant to the Masterclass workshop course being applied for.   

All students will be expected to have been suitably active within field of course being applied for and share information with Elizabeth M with regards to their past present experience and future ambitions.    

Fees: All Masterclass/workshop deposits and course fees are non-refundable or transferable.

All deposits must be paid on day of booking.

All Masterclass course fees must be paid for, in full, 14 days prior to the scheduled Masterclass/workshops commencement date/dates.

Transport to and from workshop masterclasses: It is the responsibility of all Parents/Guardians of all students attending the Masterclasses/Workshops - if students are under the age of 18 - to arrange safe transport and collection both to and from the venue on the days of Masterclass courses and workshops.

Attendance: All students attending Masterclass/workshop courses must arrive between 10 and 15 mins prior to the workshop start times and be present and ready to recommence classes on time immediately following breaks and rest periods. 

Conduct: All Students are expected to always act in a courteous friendly and polite Manner towards each other and towards the Workshop Ambassadors and staff at all times.

Students are expected to focus and participate throughout the course in a positive and productive manner at all times.

Elizabeth M reserves the right to ask any student that displays offensive behaviour towards Workshop ambassadors, staff and students to leave.  No refunds will be given to students in such circumstances.

Attire: Students are required to wear neutral workshop suitable clothing that does not display any forms of offensive pictures or wording. And wear suitable soft soled footwear.

Equipment: Students are required to bring all learning materials relative to the course that has been provided to them as well as a suitable Notebook and Pen on all Masterclasses/Workshops.

Learning: All individual students are required to learn and memorise any and all course related material, literature and manuscripts provided and supplied to them, prior to the date of joining and participating in the workshops/Masterclasses. 

Nutrition and Refreshments: Students are individually responsible to bring food and refreshments both to support and sustain themselves throughout the duration of the Masterclass/Workshop courses.
